Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all questions are addressed efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Conduct outbound calls as needed to follow up on inquiries or provide additional support.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage customer interactions effectively.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred, showcasing familiarity with customer support protocols.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
  • Sales skills are an asset for upselling products or services when appropriate.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Cash handling experience may be required depending on specific job duties.
