Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Workplace Tech Specialist to join their team. As a Workplace Tech Specialist, you will be part of the Workplace Technology Team supporting IT operations and user experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$75,000- $80,000

What's the Job?

  • Build and deploy laptops for new hires and warranty replacements.
  • Provision new user accounts and ensure proper onboarding.
  • Execute endpoint patching and remediation tasks from the Information Security team.
  • Administer and support conference room AV systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Manage and support all digital signage hardware across locations.

What's Needed?

  • 2+ years in IT support or systems administration.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra), RingCentral, AV systems, Helpdesk Ticketing software, RMM tools, PowerShell script creation, digital signage preferred.
