BSCS is proud to have been selected to continue to provide the areas Community Services Agency (CSA) services and we are excited to be adding a new innovative services, including the Family Intensive Treatment (FIT), for children and families to our intensive home-based services.

What you will be doing to make a difference:
• Be part of a dedicated and committed team including Clinicians, Paraprofessionals, and other
behavioral health providers
• Provide families with education, support, and resources
• Guide families in focusing on their family's and child's strengths, needs, and goals
• Empower caregivers to navigate child service systems with confidence and clarity.
• Identify and connect caregiver(s) to formal and informal community resources
• Collaborate with various youth-serving systems

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: (Education and Experience)
- Experience as a caregiver of a youth with special needs, and preferably a youth with mental health needs
- Must possess a valid and clean MA driver's license
