We're growing fast and looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Specialist – Communication Strategist/Copywriter to join our team.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Specialist – Communication Strategist/Copywriter, you will fuel demand and strengthen brand awareness by turning technical expertise into compelling stories across the website, email, media, social, and events. You'll partner closely with Product Development and Sales to translate new products and features into multi-channel campaigns and use insights to continually improve engagement and lead flow.

What You'll Do

While each day will bring new opportunities, your core responsibilities will be:

· Product and/or Feature Launches and Campaign Storytelling

· Write case studies, blogs, newsletters, brochures and whitepapers that clearly articulate value and differentiation.

· Partner with Product Development and Sales on market positioning, concepts and talking points.

· Package campaign assets for use across web, email, social and events to drive awareness, nurture buyer journeys and convert interest into qualified leads.

· Social Content and Channel Voice:

o Execute media relations including advertising opportunities, editorials, press releases and articles in print and online publications.

o Drive the social calendar, crafting branded posts and creative briefs.

· Web Content and SEO:

o Own messaging and maintain consistency of voice and brand across pages and content media

o Optimize headlines, metadata and internal linking using SEO best practices

o Maintain site health, GA4 dashboards and technical SEO

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing communications experience; with a portfolio spanning case studies, articles, brochures, email, web and social content
  • Proven writing, editing and storytelling skills across digital and print; demonstrated aptitude for translating technical concepts into value propositions and marketing materials.
  • Email marketing and nurturing experience (HubSpot or similar): segmentation, testing and performance reporting
  • Web content and basic SEO proficiency
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines

Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity: HubSpot (forms, workflows, lists), GA4 dashboards, and website design (WordPress)
  • Media creation collaboration skills: ability to conceptualize, brief, review and iterate
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
