As a Clinical Operations Manager at Beacon Therapeutics (USA) Inc., you will play a pivotal role in the operational execution of clinical studies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and maintain the highest standards of quality. You will leverage your expertise to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines, along with all relevant regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) set forth by regulatory authorities. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and streamlining processes to achieve remarkable outcomes. Requirements for this Clinical Operations Manager job

To excel as a Clinical Operations Manager at Beacon Therapeutics (USA) Inc., candidates must possess a robust skill set encompassing both technical and interpersonal capabilities. Experience in managing all aspects of clinical trials from start-up through close-out is essential, along with a proven track record of effectively managing multiple clinical trial vendors concurrently. A strong understanding of the interdependencies among data, technology, and vendor systems is crucial for navigating the complexities of the role. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate the ability to engage proactively with clinical sites to resolve issues, including delays in data entry and query resolution.

Strong collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively within team and cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate will also exhibit exceptional multitasking abilities and possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate key information clearly and effectively across various stakeholders.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required for the position are:

  • B.S. degree in a scientific discipline with at least five (7) years of clinical research experience or medical/nursing certification with over seven (9) years of clinical research experience.
  • Experience managing all aspects of clinical trial(s) from study start-up through study close-out
  • Direct experience managing multiple clinical trial vendors at a time
  • Direct experience engaging with sites to resolve issues, delays in data entry or query resolution
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of interdependencies of data, technology, vendor systems and metrics and differences across vendor abilities and requirements
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and cross functionally
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities
  • Very strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
