We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Project Environmental Engineer
to join our Client's team in Seattle. This role is ideal for an engineer with a passion for environmental stewardship and a strong background in site investigation and remediation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support environmental site investigations and remediation projects across the Greater Seattle area.
- Design, implement, and monitor remedial systems including:
- Vapor intrusion mitigation
- Soil vapor extraction
- In-situ chemical oxidation
- Other innovative remediation technologies
- Analyze environmental data and prepare technical reports, work plans, and regulatory submittals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years
of relevant experience in environmental consulting or engineering. - EIT certification
required; PE license a plus. - Hands-on experience with a variety of remedial technologies and field investigation methods.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Washington State environmental regulations is preferred.
