Escondido TexMex is looking for an experienced, hospitality-focused server to join our North Dallas neighborhood restaurant team. If you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences in a team-focused environment , then we want to meet you

Requirements

  • Experience in Serving
  • A minimum of 4 full days of availability including weekends / nights (MUST HAVE SAT / SUN AVAILABILITY)
  • Valid TABC and Food Handler's certifications
  • Exceptionally kind, energetic, and professional with a passion for hospitality
  • Treat all guests with gratitude, kindness, and respect.
  • The ability to consistently get to work on time
  • High degree of emotional intelligence - Can you keep your cool under pressure?
  • A consistently professional appearance and demeanor
  • Above average food, craft cocktail, Liquor, Beer, & Wine knowledge
  • Partner with team members to consistently exceed our guests' expectations
  • Take pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization in all areas of our restaurant

  • Experience using Toast POS system a plus
  • Knowledge of New American cuisine
