Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Roswell, NM. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, real estate professionals and affiliates, providing them with detailed information about our homes, and assisting them through the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include customer outreach, answering queries, maintaining all information, giving tours of homes in our community -The Oaks, preparing for appointments, keeping the Model Home Presentation Ready, and most importantly closing sales. The Sales Associate will also be expected to implement marketing strategies. The Sales Associate will also Build and maintain relationships with all real estate affiliates, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, and/or relationship management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM tools or willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of the modular home industry or real estate is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A customer-focused attitude and a passion for helping families achieve homeownership
  • Must work on-site in Roswell, NM
