Account Development Representative HQ: Olathe, KS

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Account Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating interest, identifying potential business opportunities, and securing the opportunity for our Business Development Managers to provide quotes or bid on projects. Once a prospect is engaged and qualified, you will transition the lead to a Business Development Manager for further development and account creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective customers daily
  • Introduce Team DriveAway's offering and communicate value clearly and confidently
  • Identify customer needs, potential opportunities, and decision-makers
  • Secure buy-in from prospects to allow the senior sales team to quote, bid, or further pursue business
  • Accurately document all interactions, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and target lists
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and lead-generation targets

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls, speaking with new people daily, and asking for the opportunity to earn their business
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and articulate value propositions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills: experience with CRM software is a plus but not required
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $47, $58,000.00 per year
