Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States Tobii Dynavox Full time

Why Join Us?

We're on a mission to empower people with disabilities to do what they once did or never thought possible. As the world-leader in assistive communication solutions, we empower our customers to

express themselves, connect with the world, and live richer lives

.

At Tobii Dynavox, you can grow your career within

a dynamic, global company

that has a clear, impactful purpose - with the flexibility to also do what truly matters to you outside of work. What's more, you'll be part of a work culture where collaboration is the norm and individuality is welcomed.

As a member of our team, you'll have the power to grow ideas in an unconventional environment. At the same time, you'll work in a culture of ongoing learning and development, allowing you to constantly expand your area of expertise.

As a People Business Partner (HRBP), you'll turn people, culture, and leadership into real business impact—partnering with leaders to drive growth, unlock potential, you'll foster innovation and deliver scalable and efficient people solutions that create both impact and long-term value and make change stick.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Partnering. Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into people and organization outcomes that drive growth and performance combining internal insights with external trends to anticipate needs and shape action.

  • Build organizational strength through proactive workforce planning, organizational development, talent development, and leadership capability. Use people data and insights to guide decisions and measure what matters — from engagement and performance to organizational health.

  • Coach and challenge leaders to create clarity, accountability, and drive change and impact through their teams.

  • Ensure that our ways of working, policies, and practices enable performance, fairness, and compliance — aligned with our values and business goals.

We're looking for two People Business Partners to join our team — each with a distinct focus that together strengthen how we enable our people and culture and our growth as a value-driven, high-performing company. One role will focus on Change Management, and the other will focus on Culture and Leadership.

Being responsible for A or B, you will drive the agenda for the following:

A. Change Management

As part of your role, you will establish a global Change Management Task Force that strengthens our ability to drive effective and lasting change. We are growing fast, and change is a constant in our journey. Your work will help build practical change capabilities across leaders and teams, making transformation a natural part of how we operate — not a separate project. You'll turn change management from a concept into a shared skillset that enables us to scale with clarity and confidence.

B. Culture and Leadership

In this role, you'll build the culture and leadership muscle that keeps us moving fast and growing strong. You'll turn our values into everyday actions that shape decisions, collaboration, and how we lead. By helping leaders connect culture to performance, you'll make sure our ways of working drive execution and innovation at pace. Your work will empower us to make culture and leadership a true business accelerator—how we scale, not what we talk about.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Experience in global HR roles, partnering multiple countries, driving global projects and building scalable and efficient business oriented solutions.

  • Foundational understanding of employment laws is needed. Knowledge of organizational psychology is preferred.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with ability to build trust and stay composed and solution-oriented in challenging situations.

  • Strong storytelling, negotiation and communication with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

  • Coaching and facilitations skills to grow our team members and managers.

  • Demonstrated organization, planning, delegation and prioritization skills to support and manage effective projects.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English in professional setting. Additional language skills are an advantage.

Please Note: This is a full-time remote role with flexible hours. This role also includes occasional (10%) international travel, which would be communicated weeks in advance.

We believe in empowering individuals - including our own employees - to reach their full potential. So, if you want to change lives while growing your own career, we'd love to hear from you.
