Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers in their homes and neighborhoods, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your goal is to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and close sales effectively through direct interaction. Duties

  • Approach prospective customers in residential neighborhoods through warm calling and outbound outreach strategies
  • Present product offerings clearly, highlighting benefits and features tailored to customer needs
  • Conduct engaging door-to-door demonstrations, explaining technical sales concepts in an accessible manner
  • Negotiate terms and close sales confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Follow up with potential clients via telemarketing and inside sales techniques to maximize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target areas and optimize outreach efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and objections professionally
  • Develop business relationships that foster trust and long-term customer loyalty
  • Track sales activities, update CRM systems regularly, and report progress to management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or direct sales roles with a focus on door-to-door or field sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to explain technical concepts clearly is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques
  • Knowledge of technology or technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often required for travel within assigned territories
