AI & Data Management Intern (Bali) 

Location: Bali, Indonesia (On-site only)

Compensation: Unpaid Internship Role Overview 

Design, build, and manage our state-of-the-art, AI-powered data systems that are responsible for organizing, analyzing, and visualizing vast amounts of information from across the entire EX Venture ecosystem. This role is crafted for a highly data-driven and analytical individual with a strong and demonstrable analytical mindset and a deep-seated passion for using data to solve complex and challenging problems. You will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of building and maintaining the robust and scalable data infrastructure that powers all our AI applications. You will also support the development of our internal dashboards, performance metrics, and research data platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with large, diverse, and complex datasets, using the latest AI and machine learning techniques to extract valuable and actionable insights that will drive strategic decision-making across every facet of our organization. 

What You'll Do 

  • Design and build intelligent, scalable, and resilient data pipelines that seamlessly integrate data from a wide variety of sources, including HR, marketing, and project data, thereby creating a single, unified source of truth for all our data assets. 
  • Develop and deploy natural language query systems for our internal analytics platforms, making it incredibly easy for anyone in the organization, regardless of their technical expertise, to access, analyze, and derive insights from our data. 
  • Rigorously ensure that all our data management practices are in strict compliance with global standards and regulations, such as GDPR, thereby protecting the privacy and security of our valuable data assets. 
  • Implement and manage a suite of predictive models for infrastructure and performance optimization, using historical and real-time data to continuously improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of our operations. 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders from across the organization to deeply understand their data needs and to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed those needs. 
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for machine learning models.
