HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED FOR AIRBNB/VACATION RENTALS ON A WEEKLY BASIS FOR PROPERTY MANAGER - Part-Time 10-20 hours weekly

Property Management company has a need for a reliable Housekeeper to assist with cleaning our portfolio of properties. Guaranteed weekly work of 10-20 hours. Must have at least 5+ years with Residential home cleaning experience.

The ideal candidate understand Hotel Quality standards for cleaning, linens, towels, and bed making. Duties include: Cleaning of Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Areas, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Outdoor furniture and patio spaces, BBQ cleaning, and reporting damages from guests to property manager.

Executive Housekeeper:

  • Housekeeper must have at least 5+ years experience as a Housekeeper for Residential Homes
  • Pay: $20-$25/hour - DOE - Each job is 3-4 hours.
  • Schedule: 2-3 days a week - Schedule varies Monday thru Sunday - Approx. 3-4 hours per job - 11am - 3pm hours needed only. Need someone flexible and able to rely on and can schedule weekly. Last minute cleanings possible.
  • Locations are Indio and Palm Desert areas
  • Kitchen Duties: Using your own cleaning supplies - Sterilizing counters, doing dishes, organizing kitchen utensils and putting them away, cleaning out refrigerator and cleaning all appliances.
  • Bedroom Duties: Making beds, washing linens onsite laundry, mopping floors, vacuum rugs, making it tidy.
  • Living Room and Dining room Duties: Making sure flooring is mopped and tidy
  • Outdoor Areas: Cleaning all furniture and organizing, cleaning BBQ, picking up any trash.
  • Punctual and reliable to jobs. Access to properties is through a lockbox code.
  • Reporting of damaged items and photos of rooms after cleaning is mandatory.
  • We require 2-3 References
