Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

Director Financial Power/Gas Trading for Incremental Trading Desk, reporting to EVP Commercial Trading.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering incremental PNL by establishing proprietary positions in incremental trading book separate from Regional Asset Desks
  • Will have the ability to transact financial instruments in both power and gas across all regions (Ability to trade all financial power, regional gas basis and Nymex)
  • The position will work closely with the asset desks to develop fundamental analysis to support trading decisions across the entire wholesale trading floor
  • Responsibility for establishing and trading around proprietary view on Nymex, as well as other regional power and gas markets.

 Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Requires minimum of 15+ years in area of specialization.
