Job Overview

Integrity Construction of Arizona LLC is seeking a hands-on Project Manager (Lead Builder / Crew Supervisor) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with field crews on-site - building, training, and problem-solving.
  • Manage daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, materials, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are maintained.
  • Communicate effectively between field crews, leadership, and clients.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource usage to maintain efficiency.
  • Lead by example, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and develop proactive solutions.
  • Support and enforce company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in general construction or ICF building.
  • Proven leadership background (Foreman, Lead Builder, project manager or similar role).
  • Strong knowledge of tools, trades, and building practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications, both architectural and structural.
  • Strong mathematical and technical aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. Language training would be available.

Schedule

  • Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Work Location

  • Hybrid role based in Phoenix Arizona, with site visits throughout the state as needed.
