The Branch Manager, Commercial Staffing is responsible for leading and overseeing the comprehensive commercial strategy for the market / branch.

  • Develop and implement local commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead strategic sales planning for the market
  • Establish standardized commercial policies and procedures at the local and regional level
  • Coordinate growth and expansion initiatives partnering with other markets as opportunities dictate
  • Develop business plan
  • Perform variance analysis and implement corrective action plans for supporting recruiters
  • Establish billing goals and objectives for personal production and eventually by branch and region
  • Monitor P&L and financial KPIs
  • Report results and projections to senior management
  • Identify and develop opportunities with market, regional, and where appropriate, national corporate clients
  • Negotiate master service agreements and strategic commercial agreements including the hiring and implementation of an on-site to support enterprise clients
  • Maintain relationships with C-suite decision makers
  • Manage key multi-state corporate accounts where available
  • Monitor Staffing and RPO market trends at the regional/national level where opportunities exist
  • Identify growth opportunities in specific sectors
  • Minimum 4 + yr
    of experience in the Commercial Staffing industry
  • Proven experience in market and regional corporate account management
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM and commercial management systems
  • Deep knowledge of US labor regulations
  • Knowledge of commercial and legal contracts
  • Strategic leadership and influence capability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High-level negotiation capability
  • Results-oriented and goal achievement focused
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
  • Ability to work in multicultural teams
  • Deep understanding of the US labor market
  • Knowledge of Staffing trends
  • Experience across different industries and sectors
  • Understanding of compliance and labor regulations
  • Ability to identify corporate talent needs
  • Bi-Lingual to Spanish strongly desired
