Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Riverside, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, and training staff. The BCBA will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, make data-driven decisions, and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Skills in Parent Education and Psychology
  • Experience in Behavior Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
