We're currently seeking an HVAC Installation Manager to lead our internal and external installation teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values people, and is motivated to make a real impact in a growing organization.

What You'll Do

As the HVAC Installation Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our residential installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor installation teams to deliver top-quality results.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the installation department, managing schedules, workloads, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure smooth project flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage permitting and inspection processes for all applicable jobs.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain skilled installers who align with The Chill Brothers' culture and values.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and provide field support as needed.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify process improvements, and implement best practices.
  • Partner with HR on employee development, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care.
  • Assist with planning, budgeting, and growth goals alongside senior leadership.
  • Manage fleet and field resources (vehicles, GPS, phones, tools, etc.) to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Promote safety and compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of HVAC leadership or supervisory experience in residential installation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and zoning.
  • Deep understanding of local codes, permits, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Texas HVAC License or equivalent (compensation supplement available)
  • EPA Certification
  • TDLR Technician Registration
  • NATE Certification (a plus)
