We offer $20/hr + 100% of your tips, and let's just say – groups who've had a great time love to tip their driver. Whether you're a people person, nightlife enthusiast, or just love repping the best local bars, this job might be your perfect side hustle.

What You'll Do:

As a Pedal Party Captain, you'll be the host, guide, and safe driver of our 14-person pedal-powered party bikes. Your role is to keep the vibes high, the music bumping, and our guests safe and on schedule.

• Greet and check-in guests with energy and professionalism
• Go over safety rules and get the party started
• Drive the party bike on established routes
• Manage timing, group safety, and communication with local partner bars
• Read the room – whether it's a wild bachelorette crew or a chill birthday ride, you help set the tone
• Clean and reset the bike between tours
• Be the face of our brand: friendly, reliable, and fun

You Are:

• Energetic and outgoing – you don't mind being the center of attention
• Responsible and safety-minded
• Handy is preferred
• Professional, but with a fun edge
• Comfortable driving large bike vehicles (training provided)
• Able to work independently and think on your feet
• Comfortable managing large, potentially rowdy groups
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and be on your feet for several hours

Requirements:

• Weekend and evening availability
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs or suspensions)
• Reliable transportation to/from downtown Scottsdale
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Great verbal communication skills
• Must be 21+ years old

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in bartending, serving, tour guiding, or performance
• First Aid/CPR certified
• Knowledge of Scottsdale's bars and nightlife
• Confident music taste and playlist skills

Compensation:

• $20/hour base pay
• 100% of your tips (most guests tip well when they're having a blast)
• Flexible part-time schedule – evenings and weekends are our hot spots
