Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage cash handling transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments.
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events.
  • Assist in setting up for catering events or banquets, including food service and beverage stations.
  • Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards by engaging with guests professionally and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Follow all food handling procedures and alcohol service regulations diligently to ensure compliance with health standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
  • Experience in sales-driven roles that involve upselling beverages or promoting specials to enhance guest experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is required.
  • Familiarity with catering setups and banquet operations is a plus.
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty.
