Overview:

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Funding Assistant/Escrow Administrator to join its Dallas, TX office. FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. Duties:

Open new funding orders, review and approve closing documents, balance with the title closer and order/approve wires for a timely funding transaction. Manage and allocate files specifically for various title agents, prepare and analyze premium reports,

and handle phone communications to support business operations. Texas Title Experience is necessary.

Education:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Stable, long-term employment history is essential. Prior experience in title & escrow is highly valued.

  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

Knowledge of Softpro a plus.
