We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Staffing Coordinator in the Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities (calls & schedules) simultaneously to ensure all clients have appropriately staffed cases and employees are highly engaged.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule home health services by matching clients and caregivers with input from administration
- Participates in recruiting, screening/interviewing and on-boarding of para-professional staff
- Assists with orientation of new para-professional staff
- Enters time request off in company-wide CRM program
- Communicate with team and clients regarding staffing changes
- Ensures para-professional compliance in accordance to company policy
- Document all relevant information regarding the para-professional staff
- Performs other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MUST have prior scheduling experience to be considered
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers and administrative staff
- Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and flexibility
- Ability to work in a fast paced level environment
- Proficient in all MS office products and related computer software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55, $60,000.00 per year
