Job Overview:
The role of the Scrum Master is responsible for guiding multiple scrum teams through the use of Agile / Scrum practices and values for the purpose of delivering quality software and solutions to the organization. The role is also expected to operate as Project Leader responsible for identifying and managing dependencies that impact their scrum deliverables as also maintaining milestones associated with the overall PI goals.
Responsibilities:
Drive PI Planning and pre-PI Planning activities in collaboration with the RTE
Ensure clear articulation / documentation of PI and Sprint goals and monitor execution of the planned sprint deliverables
Generate weekly status reports on sprint status and completed items, along with risks / dependencies / impediments impacting the scrum team deliverables
Work with partners, such as Release Management, to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
Drive the SDLC documentation approval process
Coverage of software releases, ensuring that releases go to plan, and driving any issues that may occur to resolution.
Reporting team metrics to Leadership as needed.
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
Approve timesheets for Scrum Teams, ensuring that appropriate billing practices are being adhered to

Requirements:
4 - 5 years prior experience leading multiple scrum teams
4 - 5 years prior experience with successful Agile techniques
4 -5 years prior experience with project management and generating waterfall reports
Prior experience generating reports for senior Leadership
PMP and Scrum Master Certification preferred.
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum delivery model.

Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in a dynamic delivery environment.

Pay Range:
$109,425-$182,375/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
