SPA is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst IIIB in San Diego.

Responsibilities

The Contracts Management Analyst IIIB position will assist the Government to draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, NMCARS, and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Coordinate Industry Days.
  • Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government.
  • Provide administrative source selection support.
  • Administer contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables.

CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $148K - $163K.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's Degree 
  • Eight (8) or more years of professional contract management support experience
  • DAWIA Level III in program management or similiar (e.g. PMP)
  • DoD contract management experience working with FAR/DRARS/NMCARS Contracts Management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts
  • Three (3) years of direct support to a Navy organization performing systems acquisition 
  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
