Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and set heavy materials and equipment
  • Assemble, disassemble, and inspect cranes for safe operation
  • Provide taxi crane services for short-term or single-day projects
  • Read and follow lift plans, load charts, and blueprints
  • Work closely with riggers, signalpersons, and crew members to ensure smooth operations
  • Travel to job sites across the region

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
  • NCCCO certification (TLL designation)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of crane load charts, rigging, and lifting operations
  • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to travel and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Ability to climb, kneel, and work at heights
  • Must have clear vision and hearing for safety signals and communication

Base Pay: $ $44.95 per hour
