About the Role
OutDrive GP is seeking a Brand & Sponsorship Sales Executive to lead sponsorship and partnership sales for our Twitch tournaments and live events.
This role is ideal for someone with a
proven track record of selling on Twitch
and a strong network of brand and agency contacts in the esports, gaming, lifestyle, or automotive sectors. You will manage the entire sales cycle independently—from outreach and pitching to closing deals and overseeing activation.
We're looking for a self-starter who can work without supervision, drive new business, and execute high-level sponsorships that align brands with OutDrive GP's fast-growing platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell sponsorships and brand integrations across Twitch broadcasts, tournaments, and live events.
• Leverage an existing Rolodex to bring in top-tier brand and agency partners.
• Create tailored sponsorship proposals and integrated marketing packages.
• Negotiate, close, and manage contracts independently.
• Collaborate with leadership and production teams to ensure successful activation delivery.
• Identify emerging categories and trends in Twitch, esports, and motorsport.
What We're Looking For
• Proven success selling Twitch sponsorships or equivalent live-streaming integrations.
• Established brand and agency network in gaming, tech, lifestyle, or automotive sectors.
• 3+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Deep understanding of esports, creator marketing, and digital engagement.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter who thrives without supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Compensation & Application
