Role Overview

We're looking for a Technical Co-Founder
 to co-own ÁLY, lead its technical vision, and build the core system from the ground up. You'll turn abstract concepts like self-reflection and personal growth into a coherent, scalable platform, while making hands-on decisions that define the product and its future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and own the core platform, including data models, logic, and feedback systems
  • Translate vision into functional technical systems and MVPs
  • Lead hands-on MVP development and make pragmatic trade-offs
  • Ensure long-term integrity, scalability, and system coherence
  • Collaborate closely with other founders to align tech with product and vision
