Phoenix Senior Project Manager

Looking to hire a direct hire Senior Project Manager in the Phoenix, AZ area

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the successful completion of high-quality projects within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Manage changes, conduct thorough material assessments, and negotiate contracts to ensure project success.
  • Review reports to determine project status and determine actions required.
  • Provides periodic status and end of contract cost and budget analysis.
  • Facilitate and participate in project meetings to align with customer expectations and company standards.
  • Assemble and estimate projects and ensure the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system.
  • Develop and keep current all project schedules and ensure all schedules mesh with the master project schedule
  • Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance.
  • Protects the company's interest by managing all financial aspects of the contract.
  • Identifies and develops policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Assemble estimates for projects
  • Visit job sites or onsite offices, perform work inspections, check job progress, and resolve project and contract issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is a mandatory requirement.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in successfully leading projects and programs within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Experience leading projects and programs on-schedule and within budget
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.

Pay: $125k and up (Pay is commensurate with skills and experience)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)
