Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Shower door, mirror, and heavy

glass installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background

glass installation & layout, with expertise in shower, mirror and heavy frameless

glass application installation and related tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented

individual who can lead installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship

while adhering to safety standards. The Lead Shower Installer will be responsible

for managing installations from start to finish, collaborating with team members,

and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

 Oversee the installation of shower units, mirrors, etc, ensuring compliance

with design specifications and safety regulations.

 Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to

execute installations accurately.

 Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks,

including fixture and cabinet installation.

 Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process.

 Collaborate with team members on fabrication and assembly tasks related

to shower installations.

 Ensure proper caulking and sealing of installed units to prevent leaks.

 Manage construction site activities, ensuring cleanliness and organization

throughout the project duration.

 Provide guidance and training to junior installers on best practices in

carpentry, metal stud framing, door hanging, and remodeling techniques.

Skills

 Proficient in construction estimating and blueprint reading.

 Strong experience with hand tools, power tools, and glass installation

techniques.

 Knowledgeable in fabrication processes related to shower installations.

 Familiarity with carpentry skills including trim carpentry, frame carpentry,

and cabinet installation.

 Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various projects.

 Experience in maintenance person services, construction painting, and

remodeling is highly desirable.

 Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects
