Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst equips institutional leaders with information needed to make data-driven decisions. This role turns large amounts of data into actionable insights and easy-to-interpret analyses.

Essential Duties

• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends to improve operational efficiency.

• Works with institutional leadership to prioritize business and data needs.

• Creates reports to track key operating metrics.

• Writes queries to extract and transform data.

• Collaborates with Information Services and Technology to identify, gather, and validate new data sources.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or a related field required.

• Work Experience: 2 years recent and related experience required. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar preferred. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R preferred.

Salary Range: $77, $102,583.71
