Position Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst equips institutional leaders with information needed to make data-driven decisions. This role turns large amounts of data into actionable insights and easy-to-interpret analyses.
Essential Duties
Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends to improve operational efficiency.
Works with institutional leadership to prioritize business and data needs.
Creates reports to track key operating metrics.
Writes queries to extract and transform data.
Collaborates with Information Services and Technology to identify, gather, and validate new data sources.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or a related field required.
Work Experience: 2 years recent and related experience required. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar preferred. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R preferred.

Salary Range: $77, $102,583.71
