Position Summary
Q2IMPACT is seeking a highly motivated professional to serve Chief of Staff who will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between executive priorities and organizational execution, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. They will oversee internal operations, support strategic planning, and ensure the successful execution of corporate initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of project management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in government contracting and AI-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Strategic Alignment:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping prioritize and manage strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure timely execution of executive directives.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Oversight
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead special projects and initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and impact.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Foster a positive workplace culture that supports collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Support capacity building efforts, including leadership development and training programs.
- Promote knowledge management practices to ensure lessons learned are captured and shared.
Strategic Planning & Risk Management
- Collaborate with leadership to identify cross-cutting challenges and opportunities.
- Support recruitment planning, budget forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure operational readiness for new initiatives and organizational growth.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Represent Q2IMPACT in meetings, events, and communications as needed.
- Support business development efforts through strategic coordination and proposal input.
Education, Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced degree in business, public administration, international development, or related field preferred.
- Have a hunger for learning, be proactive, a problem solver, and creative.
- Work well under pressure and be able to multi-task
- Take criticism positively- with a view to improving the work product
- Has 5–8 years of experience in fast-paced, cross-functional roles (e.g., strategy, operations, consulting, product management
- Experience working with U.S. government agencies (e.g., DoD, State Department) highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Has worked closely with executive teams or in environments requiring high autonomy and judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with AI and digital transformation tools.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
- Security Clearance Preferred.
