Position Responsibilities:
Research markets, competition, and user requirements in depth. Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly. Implement technical standards to maintain the highest quality project development and product launch. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Prepare project status reports utilizing programming language such as R, Python, SAS, Tableau, and SQL, to collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends. Manage budget and analyze data to assess the impact of features and projects to measure ROI and inform future decisions. Drive execution, leading internal & external cross-functional teams to bring new features to life on time and on budget. Perform risk assessments to identify and develop response strategies. Work collaboratively with UX, engineering, marketing, legal, data, and operations teams across US, Europe and Korea. Partner with our Business Development and external partners to build our features. Work with marketing to drive awareness and create demand for our services. Take high strategic views and dive deep on issues to thoroughly assess, develop, and implement tailored solutions. Serve as the strategic partner to the functional teams for the overall vision of Mobile Services. Develop solutions to problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions. Develop and utilize project plans such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Role and Responsibilities
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Senior Professional I, Product Management or related occupation in: (1) managing mobile apps launches end to end, from writing requirements to launch; (2) working directly with engineering teams to build project plans and timelines and managing against timelines to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the products; (3) Experience with analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills. And quantitative analysis skills to guide data-driven decision making; (4) working directly with engineers on product enhancements; (5) launching products and features in news, media, content/ eCommerce space; (6) A/B testing to drive hypotheses validation and product launches; (7) defining vision, strategy and roadmap for a software product; (8) defining success metrics for features, track performance, and deliver results; and (9) collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers to ideate, design, develop and deliver great news, ecommerce/media experiences. Travel requirements: up to 40% domestic and international travel required.
Skills and Qualifications
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Salary Range: $179,171/year to $249,000/year
