What You'll Do

The New Home Sales Representative serves as the primary guide for prospective buyers from first inquiry through contract. This role focuses on delivering a consistent sales experience, converting leads into buyers, and supporting customer satisfaction. Sales Representatives are expected to uphold company standards for communication, professionalism, and integrity.

Prior experience or proven ability in the following areas:

  • Lead management & customer conversion
  • Presentation & product expertise
  • Sales process execution
  • Detailed and through documentation and record keeping
  • Customer experience & reputation management
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity and an unsatiable desire to grow and learn, with a positive attitude
