General Manager - Electrical Or Power Background Required

What You Will Do

  • Lead and inspire field operations, sales, and administrative teams to achieve strong results
  • Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple service lines with a focus on customer experience and quality
  • Set priorities, track KPIs, and execute initiatives that support scalable growth
  • Identify and implement improvements in processes, systems, and team development
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial & residential electrical services background.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, service-based environment
  • Full P&L ownership experience with a strong business mindset
  • A people-first leader who can motivate, coach, and retain top talent
  • Confident decision-maker with strong communication and problem-solving skills
