The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative / New Business Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of our growth. You'll connect with prospective customers, build strong relationships, and help expand our brand while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Build rapport and long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Close new business and consistently work toward sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in Zoho
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management to develop winning strategies
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For

  • Proven inside sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with data entry and CRM/computer systems
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Enjoys working in a team-oriented, in-office environment
  • Available to work full-time, Monday–Friday
