FULL TIME SERVER WITH BARTENDING SKILLS A PLUS

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive attentive and friendly service. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide outstanding customer service will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for payments and tips.

Skills

  • Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
  • Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required.
