Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Implement and sustain lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage medium- to large-scale capital projects, including project justification, equipment selection, installation, and validation.
  • Analyze KPIs, process flows, and bottlenecks to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field (master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with heading, heat treatment, grinding and inspection processes etc.
  • Good understanding of material properties and machine design
