Genesis Medical Group is seeking an experienced, Fulltime, Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to work in our centralized office in the Spring TX area.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

· Record Accounts Payable invoices including accurate GL coding and necessary approvals

· Set up and maintain Vendor records

· Reconciliation of Vendor statements and Bank Statements

· Record Accounts Receivable invoices

· Maintain Accounts Receivable Rent Log and contracts

· Prepare financial reports/statements

· Complete journal entries and general ledger functions

Requirements:

· Prior experience with Sage Intacct accounting software is preferred.

· Associate's degree in accounting is preferred.

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Adobe).

· Knowledge of advanced Excel functions including Lookups, Pivot Tables & Compare is preferred.

· Solid knowledge of accounting principles.

· Understanding of GAAP.

· A minimum of 5+ years' prior Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience is required.

· Healthcare experience is a plus.

· Must be able to prioritize, organize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be a team player, organized and self-directed.

· Experience with multiple inter-companies is preferred.

· Demonstrates strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Exhibits a strong regard for organizing and prioritizing as well as an ability to meet deadlines.

· Maintains confidentiality.
