Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to understand their customization needs then recommend products and services including paint protection, vinyl wrap, audio systems, dash cams, wheels & tires, caliper paint, lighting packages, exhaust upgrades and more.
• Utilize Yelp Leads and website leads promptly to develop sales (Yelp experience is important).
• Negotiate deals confidently and maximize sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting solutions that enhance their vehicle's performance and aesthetics.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive or motorsports industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in high-end or specialty retail sales environments with a focus on customer satisfaction and upselling techniques.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience or involvement in related sales preferred.
• Multitasking expertise is a plus.
