Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking for a Sterile Processing Educator to support our Sterile Processing Teams at Baptist Jacksonville. This Sterile Processing Educator position will be a Full-time position.
As a Certified Sterile Processing Educator, your responsibilities include:
- Reports to the Vice President of Patient Care Services, in collaboration with Sterile Processing leadership
- Responsible for designing, planning, and managing education programs, competency assessments, training coordination for the Sterile Processing departments across the Baptist Health System
- Ensures all initiatives are in alignment with the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards
- Acts as a resource for all educational efforts related to sterile processing
