As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Financial in Portland, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. You will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling both on foot and by vehicle as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and surrounding perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor the premises for suspicious behavior and/or security-related risks, reporting issues according to established protocols.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Support access control procedures by verifying the credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
