Position Overview

We're looking for a Floral Designer & Customer Service Specialist who thrives in both design and client interaction. This hybrid role lets you showcase your floral artistry while providing exceptional, personalized service. You'll craft gorgeous arrangements, guide clients through selections, and help bring weddings and events to life with our signature style.

What You'll Do

  • Design and assemble floral arrangements for daily orders, weddings, and events.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service in-store, by phone, and online.
  • Help clients select flowers, gifts, and event arrangements with care and expertise.
  • Support wedding and event production — from prep to on-site setup and delivery.
  • Receive, condition, and care for fresh flowers to keep them looking their best.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace and retail area.
  • Collaborate with team members on merchandising, displays, and special projects.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of floral design experience (retail, studio, or event work preferred). Open to hiring a creative with no experience.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Detail-oriented with a good eye for color, texture, and composition.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Able to lift 30+ lbs and stand for long periods; driver's license preferred for event setup.

Schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
