In consultation and collaboration with senior leadership, you'll oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the on-site facility management team. As a Leader within the region, this position leads and drives the annual strategy, planning, budgeting and reporting. You'll serve as the primary client interface, ensuring seamless service delivery through strategic relationship management, vendor coordination, and operational excellence. The role encompasses managing environmental and safety programs, developing budgets, and leading both internal teams and external suppliers to achieve key performance indicators and service level agreements.What your day to day will look likeL:Your primary focus (40-60% of time) will be relationship management and operations, where you'll maintain client satisfaction through responsive leadership and creative problem-solving. You'll conduct quality assurance audits, foster a safety-first culture, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers on performance goals and contract negotiations. Additionally, you'll spend time (20-40%) on people management, providing clear expectations and performance feedback while mentoring team members. You'll also lead strategic planning initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership on regional operations.
