Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative specializing in FTL and LTL domestic trucking. You should be passionate about building client relationships, securing new business, and delivering outstanding service. If you excel in outside sales and enjoy winning in a competitive market, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development – Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new domestic FTL/LTL clients.
  • Account Management – Grow and strengthen existing customer relationships to drive revenue expansion.
  • Sales Planning – Build and execute sales strategies, including prospecting plans, revenue goals, and pipeline development.
  • Quoting & Proposals – Prepare competitive and customized pricing using company tools and systems.
  • Pipeline Management – Maintain a clean, well-documented sales pipeline with clear follow-up actions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with operations and internal sales teams to ensure client success.
  • Goal Achievement – Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets across both new and existing accounts.
  • Ongoing Learning – Stay updated on industry trends, service capabilities, and best practices in sales.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience in FTL/LTL domestic trucking with book of business (required)
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and achieving/exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – capable of engaging decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, logistics managers)
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems
  • Multilingual skills a plus, but not required
  • Willing to travel occasionally for client visits or industry events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $100,000.00 per year
