We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team at Rohrich Automotive Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Bonus $$ after 90 days of successful employment _ Must have 1 year experience

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain—we will pay for certification)
  • Previous dealership or automotive title experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive title clerk or in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new and used vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation.
  • Verify accuracy of vehicle sales documents before submitting to DMV.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title regulations and DMV procedures.
  • Ensure timely submission of title paperwork to appropriate agencies.
  • Resolve title issues such as lien releases, corrections, or missing documentation.
  • Maintain records of all title and registration transactions.
  • Assist with auditing vehicle deals for compliance and completeness.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external parties.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year title clerk role preferred
  • Familiarity with state DMV regulations and documentation requirements
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with computer systems and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
