Heav'nly Donuts is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds. This could be your first ever part-time job while in school, or you can make this a full-time career. This can be a job for teens. No experience is required…we will teach you all the tricks of the trade

This location's store hours are 4am-8pm daily.

Benefits:

  • Flexible Hours: You likely have commitments with family, friends, school and sports teams so we will try to schedule around these to make it work for you.
  • Competitive Pay: Between your base pay and tips, your total pay is up to $18 per hour and could be more
  • Career Development & Growth: In additional to gaining general business and customer service skills, Crew Members can look to grow into Shift Leader positions as well as Assistant Manager and Manager positions over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers in a friendly manner ensuring their order is made accurately and quickly so they leave with a smile.
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers and co-workers; we only want positivity inside our shops
  • Look to clean constantly while keeping the store well organized and stocked at all times.
  • Close the shop (6pm) by having it fully stocked and clean and ready for the next day's business.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including all Covid guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must speak English
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with kitchen equipment such as coffee machine, toasters, blenders, etc.
  • Ability to lift, reach, lift, kneel and occasionally move items weighing up to 50 lbs
