This role is responsible for overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs during the initial phases of contract logistics solutions for data center . This position will ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance during the launch of new contract logistics operations specifically for Data Centers. You'll establish a safety-first culture and ensure all regulatory and client standards are met from Day 1 of the launch . Major focus would be on implementing health, safety, and environmental protocols during the launch of new data center operations, ensuring compliance, reliability, and operational readiness.

How You Will Contribute

  • Lead HSE strategy and execution during data center launch phases.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement site-specific HSE programs aligned with DPW standards.
  • Train launch teams on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Liaise with client HSE teams to ensure alignment with relevant regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-launch evaluations.

About The Role
Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health is preferred with a minimum of certification in the designated country for health, safety, and environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment as well as experience in developing and administering health and safety programs.
  • Experience in specific health and safety standards including OSHA, ISO, and internal audit qualifications. Understanding of DOT compliance and EPA environmental regulations
  • Exposure to regional environmental regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work and be flexible and available for on- call hours before and/or after normal business hours in addition to off-shift hours.
