Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in forming, placing, and finishing concrete for a variety of projects. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
This role requires travel up to 75% of the time to various project sites. Lodging and per diem will be provided when working out of town.
Responsibilities
- Set, align, and build concrete forms for sidewalks, driveways, curbs, footings, and other structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Place and tie rebar, anchor bolts, and other reinforcing materials.
- Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
- Ensure formwork and final surfaces meet specified grades and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Travel to various job sites as needed, sometimes for extended periods.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in concrete or form carpentry (residential or commercial).
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and curing techniques.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience operating skid steer, power screeds, or concrete saws.
- Ability to set grades or operate a laser level.
- Leadership or crew lead experience is a plus.

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
