Responsibilities

The Opportunity (For Serious Players Only)

Produce at an elite level

Personally close 12+ transactions annually by doing what average agents avoid—consistent prospecting, disciplined follow-up, relationship mastery, and confident negotiation.

Build more than a book of business

Attract, recruit, and develop top-tier sales talent. Help driven professionals build six-figure businesses of their own while you scale real influence, not just volume.

Coach to standards, not comfort

Lead weekly 1:1s and team trainings that create clarity, accountability, and momentum. This is hands-on leadership focused on results—not motivational noise.

Become the market authority

Maintain deep expertise in financing, neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership so clients and agents alike trust your guidance without hesitation.

Operate like a business owner

Master PLACE Technology and CRM systems to fully leverage your database, leads, and team performance. We run data-driven businesses here.

Commit to leadership mastery

Actively engage in PLACE Leadership Development and Talent Attraction Consulting. Growth is expected, not optional.

Own the deal flow and systems

Oversee contract negotiations and implement operational systems that support scalable, repeatable sales growth.

Qualifications
