Job Title: Senior Asset Manager

As a Senior Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our asset portfolio. Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives that enhance asset value and ensure operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in asset management, leveraging your extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and project management to achieve outstanding results.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze asset performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective management of hardware and software assets.
  • Lead vendor management efforts, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Oversee business continuity planning and disaster recovery initiatives to safeguard assets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on asset-related issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for asset-related projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective leadership and team collaboration.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in asset management or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in AWS, VMware, Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.
  • Experience with network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Cisco routers, and firewall management.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and information security best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
